The Rooftop Rodeo is thrilled to announce that PRCA Barrelman and funnyman extraordinaire Justin Rumford will be back to Estes Park for the 2024 Rooftop Rodeo!   One of the most decorated rodeo clowns in the business Justin was chosen to be the barrelman at the 2014 Nationals Finals, was chosen PRCA Clown of the year from 2012 - 2020 and Coors Man in the Can in 2013 , 2015 and 2018.  
Justin's antics will keep everyone entertained and he will serve as an island of safety for the bull riders during the bull riding event.
